Driver / Van Operator

Advance Transport Services is constantly looking to expand our team. We are seeking dedicated drivers to operate our wheelchair-accessible vans in Woodland, CA and surrounding areas. If you have a passion for helping others and a clean driving record, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments, dialysis, and discharges
  • Perform daily pre-trip safety inspections of the vehicle and reporting malfunctions
  • Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle using wheelchair lifts/ramps
  • Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices according to safety standards
  • Maintain professional communication with dispatch, facilities, and patients
  • Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle inspections

Job Requirements

  • Valid California Driver's License (Class C or higher)
  • Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
  • Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
  • First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English fluently
  • Compassionate attitude and excellent customer service skills
